Bryan Nicholson

Founder & CEO

Bryan founded NeuroIntact in April 2023 with a vision to bring non-invasive intranasal temperature modulation to patients who need it most. He leads the company's strategy, fundraising, and clinical development efforts, driving VCool™ from concept through regulatory validation and toward commercialization.

Marc McKenna

Director of Operations and Military Affairs

Marc leads NeuroIntact's commercial strategy and business development efforts, including international distributor relationships. He represented NeuroIntact at MEDICA, the world's leading medical trade fair, connecting VCool™ with global distribution partners.

Bryan Wand

Director of Engineering

Bryan Wand is a key member of the NeuroIntact team, contributing to the company's mission to bring VCool™ to patients in need of non-invasive temperature modulation therapy.

Reuben Walker

Principal Systems Engineer

Reuben Walker supports NeuroIntact's mission to advance VCool™ through development and toward clinical and commercial readiness.

Bill brings extensive experience in medical device commercialization and strategic partnerships, helping guide NeuroIntact's go-to-market strategy.

Robert Kline

Board Member

A pioneer of targeted temperature management (TTM), Robert founded Medivance (acquired by C.R. Bard for ~$250M), co-founded ViroCyt (acquired by Sartorius AG), and served as CEO of Bolder Surgical (acquired by Hologic for $160M). His 25 years of experience in the temperature management space makes him an invaluable guide for NeuroIntact's commercialization path.

Dr. Charles Edwards II

Board Member

Dr. Edwards brings deep clinical and regulatory expertise to NeuroIntact's board, supporting the company's path through FDA clearance and into clinical practice.
